From May through July of this year, we conducted phone surveys on a previously constructed sample of individuals in Edo and Delta states in Nigeria to address research and policy questions related to COVID-19. The aim of the survey was to contribute insights about existing coronavirus-related health beliefs and behaviors, such as the spatial distribution of disease awareness, socio-economic and other correlates of awareness, and compliance with government issued guidelines on social distancing and hand-washing. Our COVID-19 module also provides information about how to keep oneself and others healthy and safe.1
